Isaev Alexander returned himself a share in "Vostokugol" together with debts

In April Bosov Dmitry and Isaev Alexander tried to settle return of loans, given-out Alltech on joint extracting projects to Indonesia and Kyrgyzstan. It was supposed that in exchange for write-off of debts Isaev Alexander will give to Alltech the share of 50% in "Vostokugol" and other joint companies. But in the middle of negotiations the top manager of Alltech Oleg Shemshuk bought a share of mister Isaev Alexander in "Vostokugol" from it notaries for 10 thousand rubles. At the end of August court considered this transaction illegal. However now, when Isaev Alexander returned himself 50% in "Vostokugol", it should resolve again a debt issue...
