Citizens will protect from calls of bank swindlers. Within two years within "a regulatory sandbox" blocking will create technology and will test communications operators and banks. Changes will be for this purpose made to Federal law of the Russian Federation of 7 April 2003 No. 126-FZ "On Communications" regarding processing of data by operators and transfer to their banks, found out daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya". The decision is made at meeting INDEPENDENT NONCOMMERCIAL ORGANIZATION TSE on August 18. With help the volume of plunders from accounts of citizens is planned to reduce technologies.
