The insider in the Russian space-rocket branch designated date of the first start of satellites of the Russian low-orbital communication system "Messenger" on the carrier rocket "Union-2.1b". Start of the rocket will help to support group of Gonets-M satellites in a regular mode, transfers Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti".
