The leader North Korea Kim Jong-un gave part of powers to the younger sister Kim Jong-un E Chzhon, reports agency Renkhap with reference to data of South Korean investigation, transfers Federal state unitary enterprise RAMI "RIA Novosti". It is noted that holding a post of the first deputy head of department of the Central Committee of Labour party of North Korea E Chzhon now by the right of delegation is engaged in Kim Jong-un concerning Washington D.C. and Seoul. As declared in intelligence service, Kim Jong-un is "leader number two" to North Korea, however the present head for the present did not choose to himself the successor...
