The Russian market M&A in the I half-year was reduced by 2,3 times

In the I half-year 2020 the Russian market of merges and absorption was reduced (M%26A) by 2,3 times, to $14,74 billion, reports newspaper "Kommersant" with reference to research information agency "AK&M". And market falling in the II quarter of the current year amplified to 61% from 35% in the I quarter of this year. As a whole for the I half-year 2020 211 transactions that is 41,5% more, than a year ago are carried out. The average cost of transactions (minus the largest) decreased by 47,4%, to $41,5 million.
