Today, on August 13, in Vladimir the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescued firefighters who conditionally suffered from fire. In their role dummies acted. Among themselves 10 teams competed. They looked for victims in the filled with smoke labyrinth, got out people from under blockages and even from height of the fourth floor.
