The financial enterprises are going to introduce a new format of money transfers which does not demand confirmation from the owner of the account. The similar initiative can be used at payment of credits, subscriptions and other services with economy on the commissions. As it became known, the Russian banks will test system within which funds from the account of the payer will be written off at the request of the recipient of a sum of money.
