Movie theaters, theaters and circus will be able to open to Ryazan since August 10. The governor Nicholas Lyubimov on August 5. Establishments have to open on condition of filling of auditoriums no more than for 50 percent and at observance of recommendations Federal Supervision Agency for Customer Protection and Human Welfare.
