Group of companies "Insurance agency vkladov" achieved in arbitration arrests of property the former heads of PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY BANK "KHANTY-MANSI AUTONOMOUS OKRUG - YUGRA" for total amount of 21,5 billion rubles. Encumbrance is required for providing a series of multi-billion claims which are already submitted to bankers for compensation of the caused damage. The decision on arrest of property was accepted on July 17 by Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow. Definition of vessels can be still appealed in 10-day time.
