House adjoining objects of improvement will carry over residents

State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation adopted the bill, allowing to transfer to the possession of inhabitants of apartment houses improvement and gardening elements in the house adjoining territory in the first reading. As one of coauthors of the short story, the first deputy administrator of "United Russia" Party Victor Borisovich Kidyaev told, the bill is introduced to avoid conflict situations when land plot was issued in property of residents of the house, and improvement of the yard was carried out at the expense of budgetary funds.
