All-russian public organization "VFLA" did not pay World Athletics a penalty in due time. The federation had to pay 5 million dollars till July 1. "Today, on July 2, the penalty in World Athletics is not paid. VFLA on payment a penalty have no money", – Natalia Yukhareva told the press attache of VFLA. Council of World Athletics made on March 12 the decision to fine VFLA on 5 million dollars for participation of the former management of the organization in falsifications of documents in the matter of Danil Lysenko.
