Russian Federation will have to pay €98 thousand to a family of the inhabitant Republic of Dagestan Satybalov Marat who was beaten in militia in 2010. According to the solution of European Court of Human Rights, law enforcement agencies violated articles of the European convention on human rights about the right for life, for freedom from tortures and security of person.
