The message on oily spots on the Om River appeared in community "Emergency Omsk" of social network "VKontakte". It caused a big resonance. In Ministry of natural resources and ecology Omsk region reported that information on emergence of oily spots arrived on June 26 at 20:20. As noted in the ministry, the message was transferred to Omsk regional office by Department federal supervision service in Environmental management sphere on Siberian Federal District who is engaged in protection of the Om Rivers and Irtysh as objects of federal supervision.
