United States of America entered sanctions against Assad and his wife

The head of State Department declared new sanctions against Syrie. Syrie Bashar Assad and his spouse Asma, in particular, the president. As Michael Richard Pompeo declared, restrictions are entered within the law "Caesar" or "Act of protection of the civilian population Syrie" which allows to enter "rigid economic sanctions" against Assad's mode.
