Complaint LLC "AyTiEfBi Group" on actions of Open joint-stock company "Rossiyskiye zheleznyye dorogi" is not proved

Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on Moscow recognized the unreasonable complaint LLC "AyTiEfBi Group" on actions of Open joint-stock company "Rossiyskiye zheleznyye dorogi" when carrying out open competition in an electronic form. Competition was carried out on the right of the conclusion of contracts on development the automated system of managements by pilotless aircrafts. The applicant disagreed with the decision Open joint-stock company "Rossiyskiye zheleznyye dorogi" owing to recognition by the winner of purchases LLC "OTSRV" in which demand there is no offer of innovative or hi-tech goods.
