JSC RESEARCH AND PRODUCTION ASSOCIATION "KZST" achieved introduction of restrictive measures for the period of trial Arbitration court of Kurgan region accepted to production claim JSC RESEARCH AND PRODUCTION ASSOCIATION "KZST" (JSC RESEARCH AND PRODUCTION ASSOCIATION "KZST") to inspection Federal Tax Service (IFNS) of the regional center. The enterprise challenges the instruction of tax authority according to which JSC RESEARCH AND PRODUCTION ASSOCIATION "KZST" has to pay more than 12,3 million rubles. According to materials affairs, check of Inspectorate of the federal tax service for the Kurgan city in March, 2020 showed a shortage of tax payments from plant for the sum of 9,4 million rubles.
