The rate of a mortgage decreased to a record minimum

In April banks credited on the average under 8,32%, but deliveries failed the Average rate of the mortgage given out in a month in April fell to a third to 8,32% per annum, Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) reported on Friday. It is a new historical minimum: in comparison with March the indicator decreased by 0,3 percentage points (pct). Falling of rates did not rescue the market from reduction almost on a third.
