Russian Federation will fill the dropping-out budgetary income with loans

Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation is not going to refuse the budgetary rule and expects to compensate a lack of the budgetary income growth of loans in 2020-2021. It was declared by the minister of finance Anton Siluanov in response to the coordinated information campaign in mass media in favor of cancellation of the budgetary rule.
