Without examinations: Vladimir Putin put the end to a question of carrying out Unified state examination

The president Vladimir Putin charged to organize delivery of Unified state examination on June 29. The head of state announced the decision at meeting on education which took place on May 21. Thus it is necessary to pass Unified state examination only that who is going to go to universities. Vladimir Putin promised to issue certificates without examinations.
