The project is realized within the Russian service telematic Avtodata platform. To Russian Federation plan to create the uniform center of control for drivers where information from all road chambers in the country will be flown down. It will allow to improve operating system of photovideo fixing of violations of traffic regulations, while tied on regional data-centers. In particular, it is supposed to exclude unreasonable access of officials to personal data of car owners and to create uniform base for automatic search of the vehicles (V).
