Accused – the 63-year-old organizer and six participants of criminal group. According to the investigators, since February 2018 till April, 2019 they illegally got and then sold in Moscow caviar and carcasses of fish of sturgeon breeds. Field investigators withdrew 176 liters of black caviar from members of an organized criminal group and 5 carcasses of a beluga. The damage to water bioresources exceeded 30 million rubles.
