Shareholders JSC "Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug SPG" elected LNG new structure of the boards of directors

Moscow, 15 Apr/PRIME/. Shareholders "Yamal LNG" project JSC "Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug SPG" following the results of annual general meeting elected on April 10 new board of directors companies, having replaced in it two representatives from PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "NOVATEK" and one from Total S.A., follows from materials the project. So, into new structure of council from outside PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "NOVATEK" entered Golm Helena and Kogan Eugenie instead of Kosopkin Sergei and Jean-Marc Ichbia. Thus Strokov Vitaly became the new representative from Total instead of Arnaud Le Follia. Other members of council remained in former structure.
