The commandant enters restrictions on free movement of citizens and obligatory self-isolation in a number of Artsakh's areas

Yerevan, on April 14. / ARCH/. Artsakh's state minister, the commandant for emergency situations Grigory Martirosyan signed on Tuesday the decision on restriction of the right for free movement in Rada of settlements of the republic, the press service of head of the second Armenian state reports. Restrictions are entered from 00:01 on April 15 in territories of settlements Mirik, Moshatakh, Tsitsernavank of the Kashatakhsky area, Verin Goratakh, Kochokhot and Aterk of the Martakertsky area and a community Karvachar of the Shaumyanovsky area.
