Moscow Region N 139/2018-OZ are made of 27.08.2018 by the law changes to the Law Moscow Region N 191/2014-OZ "About improvement to Moscow Region" according to which, owners of land plots are obliged to hold events for removal of a cow-parsnip of Sosnovsky from land plots, being in their property, possession or using.
