Prosecutor's office approved the indictment to the former vice-mayor Biysk for phantom objects

The former deputy of chapter of City administration of Biysk Maslyuk Dimitri will appear before court on charge of the excess of powers of office made with causing heavy consequences. The indictment to court was sent by Prosecutor's office of Altai Territory. Most likely, Maslyuk Dimitri "will pull" for himself and directors of civil engineering firm who is now suspected of fraud in especially large size. As it is reported on a site of regional prosecutor's offices, Maslyuk Dimitri and the builder turned the transaction on unreasonable receiving by civil engineering firm from budgets hundreds millions rubles.
