Victims of a flood in Irkutsk will receive the earth free of charge

Inhabitants Irkutsk Region, whose garden and garden sites flooded in the summer of 2019, can gratuitously receive the earth for conducting gardening and truck farming. As explained in local Legislative Assembly, those who acquired housing in an apartment house due to social payments have the right to count on free sites also.
