The chairman of Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin appointed by the head Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Communications Andrey Lipov. On Sunday the order was published on a portal of governmental information. Earlier the president Vladimir Putin exempted Andrey Lipov from a position of the chief of managements President of the Russian Federation on development DEVELOPMENT FUND INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES and communication infrastructures. Andrey Lipov held a post of the chief of managements since 2018. Instead of it Vladimir Putin appointed management chapter Tatyana Matveev, earlier serving in Federal Tax Service.
