We invite to participation of young designers and fashion designers in regional selection round the XIII International competitions "The Russian silhouette". The winner will present Kaliningrad Region in the final competitions in Moscow in March, 2021. Selection round is held by the official regional representative — Agency fashion and style with support of YOUTH AGENCY OF THE KALININGRAD REGION.
