The constitutional court will consider complaint on Moscow Government

Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation accepted to consideration complaint families of Odnodvortsev to which eviction from the only housing threatens. They bought the apartment in Moscow, without knowing that the seller illegally privatized it. Court recognized them as conscientious purchasers, however authorities of the capital demand to return housing to the city. KS already rose in defense of conscientious purchasers in similar business in 2017, however courts of law specified that this solution of KS "does not contain the direct instruction on need of revision of other judicial acts".
