The recruit pacifist complained in KS of the law on alternative service

In the Constitutional court complaint is made (KS) about Federal law of the Russian Federation of 25 July 2002 No. 113-FZ "On Alternative Civil Service". Business concerns the rights of the pacifist Suvorov Igor to whom at first provided the right for such service, and then took away it also having awarded a penalty for evasion from conscription. According to lawyers of the recruit, the current law confers too many powers to military — it turns out that they can even deprive for small violation of the citizen of a constitutional law on pacifism.
