Samsung began mass production 6-nanometer EUV chips

Samsung Group declared the beginning of mass productions 6 nanometers and 7-nanometer EUV chips (Extreme Ultraviolet) at V1 plant in South Korea. The South Korean company plans to increase production EUV chips less than 7 nanometers in size three times by the end of 2020. In the first quarter of Samsung it intends to let out 6 nanometers and 7-nanometer mobile chips. The first 7-nanometer chipset of Samsung was presented in May, 2018, and in August, 2019 company released Galaxy Note10 smartphones with 7-nanometer Exynos 9825 EUV chips.
