"The regulatory guillotine" continues to cut standard excesses of the past: the next portion of the Soviet acts is abolished by the government resolution which comes into force on February 21. In the list of "sentenced" — 3621 documents, among them the resolution of Council of ministers of the USSR of July 14, 1965 about free delivery milks to the workers occupied at works with harmful working conditions. "Parlamentskaya gazeta" found out, whether "dairy rations" at the modern enterprises will remain.
