Meter enthusiasm: prices for apartments in new buildings established a new record

To Russian Federation the highest prices for apartments in new buildings for all history of the market were established. In six years in the large cities the average cost of 1 sq.m grew by 38,6%. The statistics of participants of the market testifies to it, daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya". After crisis of 2014-2015 of the price grew together with demand which was warmed up by a becoming cheaper mortgage. Also among the rise in price reasons — increase in cost of constructions and transition of branch to escrow accounts.
