On October 31, 2019 the 36-year-old inhabitant Naryan-Mar Pozdeev Denise approached to the central entrance Kindergarten "Skazka" and called in the on-door speakerphone. The security guard in defiance of the established rules, remotely, without leaving the room of protection and without having specified the visit purpose, opened to that an entrance door. The man freely rose by the 2nd floor and passed in a bedroom of one of groups where during "quiet time" children had a rest.
