Documents signed the first deputy governor Kemerovo Region Telegin Vyacheslav, director general JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "TOPPROM" Chestneyshin Vladimir, director general LLC "MELTEK" Zvyagintsev Andrey and the director of LLC Section "Kaychaksky-1" Ponetaykin Andrey.
