The Russian businessman Oleg Deripaska in appeal court London lost to the ex-head VEB.RUSSIAN FEDERATION, to the former deputy minister of finance to Chernukhin Vladimir, reports magazine "Forbes". In 2017 mister Chernukhin Vladimir addressed in the international arbitration court in London, having accused mister Oleg Deripaska of unfriendly absorption the Three-mountain manufactory. Court supported the claimant and obliged Oleg Deripaska to pay to the ex-head VEB.RUSSIAN FEDERATION $95,2 million. The appeal court London confirmed legality of this decision.
