Court forced SAKHA Yaroslavl to pay purchase the car vacuum cleaner

Municipal unitary enterprise "Spetsautokhozyaystvo" Yaroslavl will pay purchase new equipment for city cleaning. KAMAZ vacuum cleaner the city authorities got for cleaning of streets Yaroslavl even in the summer of 2019. According to release of Mayor's office of Yaroslavl, the equipment had to collect from streets Yaroslavl a dry dust. however, weather and other, unknown reasons, did not allow to clean fully city streets – dirt along borders and "went to winter" on many streets Yaroslavl. Nevertheless, it was required to pay purchase after all.
