The decision is made. Deputies of City Council voted for modification of the Charter of the regional center. Kostroma passed to the majority scheme of elections. Now deputies will elect on one-mandatory districts, instead of according to party lists. Besides, the number of people's deputies will be reduced also. Now them will be 33 instead of 38...
