The governor Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov signed the conclusion of the regional commission on pardon questions concerning the Israeli Naama Issaskhar who was condemned to Russian Federation for drug trafficking. About it to information agency "Interfaks" reported in governor apparatus. The regional commission earlier unanimously recommended to pardon Naama Issaskhar on January 27.
