Lack of snow cover bears risk of a shallowing

Five subjects of the Volga region united in the solution of a common problem. Meeting of the Interdepartmental commission on questions of preparation of offers on operating modes of Kuibyshev and Nizhnekamsk reservoirs took place this week in Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan. For the first time representatives took part in work of the Commission and other regions of the Volga region located on the Kuibyshev reservoir: minister of natural resources, ecology and environmental protections of Mari El Republic Kiselev Aleksey, Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Chuvash Republic Isaev Yvan, deputy.
