Young residents of Lipetsk will get grants for achievements in the culture sphere

Certificates on purpose of regional grants will be received by 10 talented students of colleges arts of area and 45 gifted pupils of children's schools region arts. Regional grants are paid annually and are appointed within the regional law "About Incentive and Social Payments in the Sphere of Culture and Art of Lipetsk Region".
