The Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Dmitry Kobylkin opposed granting to GARAGE COOPERATIVE "ROSTEKH" functions of the federal operator according to the address with waste of the III-V classes of danger (industrial wastes), reports daily business newspaper "RBK daily" with reference to the letter of the minister in the government of January 17.
