Medicine insufficient funding in Irkutsk Region makes 5 billion

At meeting of Healthcare Committee and social policy of Legislative assembly of Irkutsk region the Commissioner for Human Rights Victor Ignatenko reported that the general insufficient funding of health care in the region makes about five billion rubles.
