State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation will study the commissions of banks

newspaper "Kommersant" studied the bill which will forbid banks to raise the protecting commissions under the pretext of fight against washing. It will be brought in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation in the next few days. Such commissions are almost in all large banks, for example for withdrawal by the client of funds from the account blocked by the anti-money laundering legislation. Besides, the document will forbid the raised tariffs for the translations of legal persons in favor of natural persons depending on the sum. The project essentially support in Federal Service for Financial Monitoring and Federal Antimonopoly Service, but only partly — in Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia).
