In Primorsky Territory the head of department of department of an external cleaning in higher education institution was detained. Him accuse of fraud during the conclusion of contracts deliveries. He fraudulently received 300 thousand rubles, 196 of which — a model, reports Russian information agency "Vostok-Media".
