Lydia Plieva is appointed the acting as the chairman Komitet architecture and town planning of the Republic of Ingushetia

According to the Decree of Chapter Republic of Ingushetia Makhmud-Ali Kalimatov, fulfillment of duties of the chairman Komitet architecture and town planning of the Republic of Ingushetia – the chief architect of RI are assigned to Pliev Lid. Pliev Lid graduated from the Grozny oil institute in the specialty "Industrial and civil construction".
