By-election in Legislative assembly of Perm Territory can take place in two stages — in the spring and in the fall

By-election in Legislative assembly through the district No. 2 can pass on April 26, and through districts No. 13 and 17 in the Uniform voting day on September 6. "Prikamye" with reference to the secretary of regional office of "United Russia" Party Grigoryev Vyacheslav reports about intention to hold primaries on the district No. 2 in two weeks — on January 26. The straw vote will pass on open model, that is all citizens living in the territory of the district will be able to take part in selection of the candidate from the party.
