With approach of parliamentary elections of 2021 everything starts being distributed a question of more loudly what political forces will be presented in the updated Duma. According to some forecasts the Duma quartet from "United Russia" Party, Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Liberal Democratic Party of Russia and "A Just Russia" Party can both remain, and to cease to exist. One or several "small" parties will try to destroy long-term stability, demand for which creation in anticipation of national plebiscite only grows.
