The Ministry of Justice published the bill of a new order of collecting debts

Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation published on December 13 the bill changing rules of collecting debts from citizens on a site of a federal portal of drafts of regulations. According to the bill, the obligatory pre-judicial order of return of unsettled debts of natural persons is provided. The execution creditor can appeal to court only if the debtor did not pay off within 30 days after obtaining the offer on debt return.
