The Supreme court suggests to give one more opportunity accused of tax crimes to satisfy a debt to budget and to avoid criminal liability. Court prepared amendments to Art. 28.1 ("The termination of criminal prosecution in connection with compensation of damage") the Code of Criminal Procedure (CCP) of Russia, today, on December 10, them is considered by plenum of the Supreme vessels.
